These Terms of Service apply to the Binary Matters mobile application, referred to in this document as the “Application.” The Application is provided by Binary Matters, referred to as the “Service Provider,” as a free service.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Application.

Use of the Application

Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or misuse of the Application, any part of the Application, or the Service Provider’s trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, create derivative versions, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is committed to making the Application useful, reliable, and efficient. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or charge for the Application or any of its services at any time and for any reason.

The Application may store and process personal data that you provide to the Service Provider in order to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services that have their own Terms of Service. By using the Application, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of these third-party service providers.

Third-party services used by the Application may include Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Facebook, Appodeal, Unity, GameAnalytics, and AppLovin.

Internet Connection and Data Charges

Certain features of the Application may require an active internet connection. This connection may be provided through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider.

If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms and charges may apply. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges.

Accuracy and Availability

The Service Provider works to keep the Application updated and accurate. However, some information or functionality may depend on third-party services or external sources.

The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss that you may experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality, information, or availability of the Application.

The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application or terminate access to the Application at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination, your rights and licenses granted under these Terms will end, you must stop using the Application, and you must delete the Application from your device if necessary.

The Service Provider may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms of Service.
